InFocus Solutions is a fast-growing leader in delivering high-quality customer engagement and lead management solutions for our clients. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Account Lead serving as the primary point of accountability for assigned dealership accounts. This position blends leadership, performance management, coaching, and client-facing responsibility. You’ll work closely with agents and leadership to ensure high-quality execution, strong KPIs, and client satisfaction.

This is an ideal role for someone with strong BDC experience who’s ready to step into a leadership-focused position.

Account Lead - BDC Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary owner for up to three assigned client accounts.
  • Ensure timely lead response and maintain clean, accurate CRM data.
  • Enforce proper use of scripts, workflows, and communication templates.
  • Monitor and audit agent performance daily.
  • Maintain a minimum of 80 outbound calls per day.
  • Proactively coach and support assigned agents
  • Identify performance gaps and take corrective action.
  • Own client satisfaction, problem-solving, and retention.
  • Partner with leadership to maintain “green” account metrics.

What We're Looking For

  • Prior BDC or call-center leadership experience preferred.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and ownership mindset.

  • Comfortable coaching, auditing, and holding others accountable.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Tech-savvy and confident working across multiple systems.

Trial Period

This role begins with a 30-day trial period to evaluate performance, client satisfaction, and overall fit. A formal review will be conducted at the end of the trial period.
