The BDC Manager will oversee daily operations of our remote Business Development Center team, ensuring dealership accounts remain strong, teams are performing at a high level, and client expectations are exceeded. This is a leadership role requiring proven automotive BDC experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coach and inspire a team in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee BDC operations, supervising team leads and agents.

  • Keep dealership accounts “green” by ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.

  • Hold weekly team meetings to align on goals, performance, and client updates.

  • Partner with Client Success Managers to strengthen client relationships.

  • Manage dealership launches, staffing, and training to support client growth.

  • Monitor and audit account performance for quality control and compliance.

  • Implement training programs to develop high-performing BDC teams.

  • Use reporting and data to identify opportunities for improvement and coach team members.

  • Maintain accountability and high standards across all accounts and team operations.
